Rinjani Summit and Lake

Day 1: Airport Pick up, drive to Sembalun village, stay in a Homestay nearby the basecamp.
Day 2: Early Morning start for the trekking to Plawangan Sembalun. The trekkking will be around 7 to 9 hours. We will arrive on the afternoon at Plawangan Sembalun Basecamp.
Day 3: Get up very early at 01.00 am, we will do the Summit attack. You will see a beautiful sunrise from the top of Rinjani. After the sunrise, back to Plawangan Sembalun basecamp, pack and walk down to the lake. We will have one night camping at the Lake. On the afternoon, you may enjoy Natural hot water shower nearby the lake.
Day 4: Early morning packing , we will walk to Plawangan Senaru basecamp, it will be around 3 to 5 hours. After Lunch, trekk down trekk down to Senaru Basecamp..drive to Hotel at Senggigi/Mataram.

Facilities:
1. Equipment :
 Big tent for 2 people, sleeping bag, 3cm sponge mattress, toilet tent, pillow, cooking utensil

2. Meals
  - Fruits   : banana and pineapple, orange, apple.
  - Drink     : Drinking water during the trekking, Pulpy orange, soft drink, coffee and tea
  - Snack     : Wafer, biscuit, Tim Tam, gabin.

Breakfast: Toast + scrambles Egg + sosis, Pancake, Egg sandwich, Fruits Salad

Lunch : Beef Sandwich + fried potatoes, Spaghetti, Fried or Soup noodle +  egg, Fruits Salad

Dinner: Steam Rice with chicken Curry, Steam Rice with Gado – Gado + Tofu + Boiled Egg + Boiled potatoes, Steam Rice with vegetable + mushroom soup + Fried Chicken, Steam rice with cap cay + fried Egg, Fruits salad


What to bring:
1. Suitable walking shoes / warm clothing / wind breaker / rain coat
2. Waterproof light bagpack to cary your personal things
3. Gloves / extra socks / Small towel / hat / wet tissue
4. High energy food (chocolates, nuts, raisins)
5. Headache tablets / lip gloss / deep heat lotion ( Sunblock)/ plasters
6. Torch light / walking stick /
7. 2 or 3 T-shirt / long trouser / short / swim cloth
8. Your Good Mood!
